Gail Egan, an independent consultant, has broad experience as a senior level healthcare executive and consultant with proven success in all phases of operations management. She is uniquely effective in the identification of business problems, initiating change and implementing new processes which produce results. She is known for having an exceptional ability to motivate others in the achievement of individual and organizational goals with emphasis on teamwork and cross-functional cooperation. Over her career, Ms. Egan has served in administrative/executive positions at Delaware County Memorial, Mercy Fitzgerald, Paoli and Lankenau Hospitals, including Chief Operating Officer of Paoli Hospital and President of Lankenau Hospital. She has also served as a senior consultant at Main Line Health, Inc. and Shared Medical Systems, Inc. (Siemen’s health IT predecessor company). Gail is an Affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a Registered Nurse and a Graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College and a past member of its Board of Trustees.  She currently serves as a Trustee of The Inglis Foundation.
