Gail is a highly experienced marketing professional accomplished in conceptualizing, developing, and launching high-impact marketing solutions that maximize brand awareness, drive profitability, and increase market share. Gail has demonstrated success throughout numerous industries including healthcare, professional services, technology, telecommunications and retail. Gail is a skilled market strategist and team leader who combines creative problem solving with sharp market sense to motivate teams and develop programs that exceed expectations.

Contributing to her unique capabilities are more than 30 years of progressively responsible corporate and entrepreneurial marketing, communications, business development and leadership roles.  During this period, Gail assisted a variety of businesses in achieving measurable objectives from start-ups to global organizations, public, private and not for profits, and for consumer and business-to-business organizations.   Gail is highly proficient in digital marketing, CRM and the integration of these with more traditional strategies that drive success for her clients.

Gail utilizes a unique Brand Workshop process that engages leaders and their teams to collaborate effectively and uncover their marketable brand essence. By completion, the team has a strategic growth plan and persuasive messaging that builds enduring relationships.   

To forge stronger relationships and strengthen loyalty, Gail designed the Touch Loyalty ProgramTM - a highly engaging, interactive mobile assessment tool. Touch Loyalty amasses honest, actionable feedback and provides metrics and goals useful for training, development and strategic initiatives for employee engagement, customer satisfaction and client retention purposes, just to name a few.

Education has played an important role in Gail’s professional development. She earned a Masters in Leadership Development and is an adjunct professor at Drexel University teaching General Business, Business Planning for Entrepreneurs, and Guided Management Consulting in the LeBow College of Business, and Management Strategies in Drexel’s Westphal College of Arts and Enterprise. She is currently teaching Marketing Research at Cabrini College as well.

She guest lectures at other Philadelphia and New York City universities, is an executive graduate and educator for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Philadelphia and has facilitated entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area Lean Start Up Machine program. Gail has mentored inner city high school students for the past 5 years after school in the Stained Glass Project: Windows that Opens Doors.
