Annette Cremo, Ph.D.
Training Practice Leader

Annette M. Cremo is an education, training and organizational development consultant.  In this capacity, she conducts strategic planning sessions, develops (instructional design), and delivers (training) programs to meet the diverse needs of organizations in the private and public sector. She teaches graduate courses at the Pennsylvania State University, University of Scranton, and at Duquesne University (College of Professional Development and Leadership).  Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, program development, instructional design, training implementation, and program assessment.

In the area of strategic planning, Dr. Cremo most recently worked with the State Workforce Investment Board conducting strategic planning sessions for the Hospitality Consortium and the Transportation and Logistic Consortium. The results of theses plans enabled both the Hospitality and Transportation/Logistics Consortium to plan for sustainability by requesting necessary funding

Dr. Cremo graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Health Planning and Administration (HPA) and Gerontology.  She has earned an advanced certificate in gerontology.  She has Masters Degree in Education with a major in Training and Development from the Pennsylvania State University and a Doctorate in Adult Education and Organizational Development at Temple University.  She did her doctoral research examining team development, high performance work systems and the group problem solving process, and the learning organization. In 2006 she began studies at the University of Michigan leading to an Executive MBA.

Dr. Cremo is Past President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.  She served on ASTD's National Review Team for the Management Assessment Process and on the Board for CPARC. Dr. Cremo is a 1991 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area, and now instructs at Leadership Schuylkill.  Annette is past President and member of Delta Tau Kappa, the National Social Science Honor Society.  Her membership in professional associations include the Academy for Human Resource Development (AHRD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the Association for Psychological Type (APT). Annette is actively involved in the Mentoring program for Penn State University.
